Before founding Premier Results in 2015, Paula attended City and Islington College where she obtained her ITEC Diploma in a Holistic Massage and Therapy. Paula believes in a holistic approach to Wellbeing and making a difference in people’s lives. Her universal approach to Massage Therapy (Natural, Physical and Psychological) ensures everyone leaves the Premier Results experience feeling positive and energised.

I first had a treatment from Paula when she came to our office to give on-site massages to staff, it was so good I made a private appointment for a full body massage. I have now had a couple of treatments and after lockdown measures were relaxed, I was able to visit again. On this visit Paula had additional hygiene measures in place in line with Covid regulations such as extra sanitising and wearing of Personal Protective Equipment. I cannot recommend Paula enough and have already sent several of my friends to have a massage and they have all had great feedback too.

My first impressions were like wow. The scented oil. The lovely back garden. The cleanliness. Prestige showroom condition. The mellow music in the background. I was relaxed before I even looked at the massage table. Paula had a mask on although I could still see her lovely smile through it as it lit up her eyes. She explained her coronavirus protocol and how we would embark upon the session. She has a passion for massage and I felt it as she stretched, I would recommend her to anyone.
